LotNetwork.com: Ready to Emerge

Share this post:

On February 1, LotNetwork.com launched the only nationwide online listing service dedicated to the buying and selling of residential lots and land. Now LotNetwork.com is poised to emerge from beta with powerful new tools to help keep our members’ on top of the market – and to help buyers find your listings even more easily.

LotNetwork.com launched with more than 250,000 lot and land listings in the U.S. – 10 million acres and more than $54 billion worth of properties – all searchable for free. As an added benefit to users during the beta phase, we have offered free listings for all members.

The response from the market to LotNetwork.com has been fantastic. Thousands of targeted buyers and sellers from across the country have been coming to the site to search and list properties – from waterfront lots in Washington to mountain lots in North Carolina and luxury custom home sites in Austin, Texas.

We’re pleased to report that LotNetwork.com will exit the beta phase at the beginning of June with a host of new features:

  • Saved Searches
  • New Listing Alerts
  • Saved Favorites
  • Key Word Search

Also new to LotNetwork.com is our blog and news space. It’s the perfect place to connect and share your opinions.

When we emerge from the beta phase, searching will continue to be free for all users, whether builder, agent or potential home buyer. List your property in front of our targeted audience of active buyers for an affordable, monthly subscription rate with options for single listing or unlimited listing plans.

If you’ve currently been enjoying free listings on LotNetwork.com, you’ll receive an email about how to continue those listings as we emerge from the beta phase. The transition will be quick and easy, and you may receive an additional 60-day free trial for your listings – our “thank you” for being an early member. A 30-day free trial will be offered to new members, but the special extended trial will only be given to our beta members. Look for the email with details next week.
